Health and Safety Protocols
We Care About Your Safety
Now more than ever, we are committed to extending a level of hospitality to each guest that ensures a safe experience while giving every guest peace of mind.
To that end, we have partnered with Dr. Carol McLay of Duke University Hospitals & Clinics, Department of Infection Prevention & Hospital Epidemiology, to develop service protocols, training and best practices.
We remain focused in our efforts to provide you with an exceptional experience today, tomorrow and into the future. We look forward to welcoming you to The Lodge at Duke Medical Center.

Cleaning and Disinfecting
Based on recent trends and guidance, we are continuing to practice exceptionally effective health and safety initiatives while easing back into our standard services. Our housekeeping services still include some modifications, but rest assured that we have taken special care in cleaning and sanitizing guestrooms and public areas. We have enhanced and increased the frequency of our already rigorous cleaning procedures in all guest rooms and public areas throughout the hotel, utilizing fast acting, effective cleaning products.
The health, safety and comfort of our guests remain our highest priority. Should you have any questions or concerns, please call us at 919.286.3111.
